You may be here because…

You feel stuck in old patterns, even though you understand where they came from.

You are carrying trauma from childhood, relationships, abuse, neglect, or loss.

You are navigating identity, body image, self-worth, creativity, or a major transition.

You struggle with trust, boundaries, intimacy, or emotional regulation.

You and your partner want to communicate with less defensiveness and more care.

You want therapy that honors both your story and your nervous system.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

Two pillars of practice.
