You feel stuck in old patterns, even though you understand where they came from.
You are carrying trauma from childhood, relationships, abuse, neglect, or loss.
You are navigating identity, body image, self-worth, creativity, or a major transition.
You struggle with trust, boundaries, intimacy, or emotional regulation.

MODALITIES
An integrative approach shaped around you.
Every person's path is unique. I integrate relational, trauma-informed, somatic, and evidence-based approaches depending on each client's needs.
❀ Gestalt Therapy
A relational approach that helps you slow down and become more present with emotions, body sensations, and what is happening in the moment.
❀ EMDR & IFS
Approaches that support trauma processing, parts work, inner child work, and healing deep-seated wounds.
❀ Attachment & Relational Therapy
Exploring how early relationships shape current patterns of trust, intimacy, self-protection, and connection.
❀ CBT & Mindfulness-Based Practices
Practical tools for emotional regulation, thought patterns, coping, and nervous system awareness.
APPROACH
A compassionate space to understand what happened, how it lives in you,
and what healing can look like now.
Healing is possible. Developing a relationship with a compassionate, skilled trauma therapist can help you process past pain, manage current life stressors, and build a more trusting relationship with yourself and others.
❀ Awareness
Understand your emotions, body responses, patterns, and internal parts in real time.
❀ Connection
Improve how you relate to yourself, your partner, your family, your friends, and your past.
❀ Resilience
Build emotional regulation, boundaries, self-trust, and reliable ways of coping.

Finding the right therapist matters. If my approach feels aligned with what you are looking for, reach out to schedule a consultation or ask a question.
Questions before beginning?
-
I am not an in-network member of any insurance plan, but will provide monthly receipts so that clients can be reimbursed if they have a personal choice plan.
I am able to see clients through Lyra Health Employee Assistance Program and be paid directly through them.
-
I do have several low fee sliding spots which are currently taken. Otherwise I can consider sliding a little if there is a financial need.
-
I ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel a session. If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hours before your session or do not show for your appointment, you will be required to pay the full fee of the session.
-
I am a relationally oriented therapist and pay attention to what’s happening in the room and support you in paying attention to what you are noticing in your body as we discuss and work through issues. I integrate psychodynamic, gestalt, EMDR, IFS, CBT and attachment theories in my work as a therapist.
-
I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy. In person therapy takes place at my office in center city at 1315 Walnut Street, Suite 1708, Phila., PA 19107. Telehealth takes place over zoom.
-
I typically meet with clients once a week. If we have been working together for a while and moving through some issues, then we will discuss transitioning to every other week.
-
I do offer some early evening times and do not see clients during the weekends.
-
I am currently licensed to practice in PA. I am in the process of becoming licensed in NJ and have obtained temporary out of state licenses in the past for people moving or going back and forth between PA and another state.
